Ordering and Subscription Policies

To place an Order or Subscribe

Facsimile or Mail - (610) 926-0238 -- (use Order form for fax/print) Note.. Use the secure order form by selecting the options to the left to place your order, before you checkout select the Fax/Print option at the bottom of the Shopping Cart, this will created a suitable form for printing and fax.

Secure On-line Credit Card Purchase - Available by selecting the order listings item to the left. All personal and credit information is through a highly secured connection when you finalize your order.

Sales & Return Policy
Magazine Subscriptions can be canceled within the first 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. After 30 days the refund is prorated for the number of issues received.
All Back Issue orders, with the exception of damaged or lost merchandise, all sales are final.

Damaged Goods on Shipping
Be sure to inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your merchandise has been damaged during shipment, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 48 hrs), as the shipper has only a limited time to make a claim with the delivery company. A replacement will be sent to you as soon as available after you notify us.

Product Availability
New subscription orders will start immediately with the most current issue, unless otherwise specified when the order is placed. The majority of back issues are bound photocopied reproductions of the original magazine.
Original magazine copies are subject to inventory and will be shipped if available, the the availablity of an orginal may change without notice. Back issue orders may take up to four weeks to ship depending on inventory.

Shipping Charges and Tax
All domestic and foreign shipping charges and taxes are included. Canadian and Foreign Subscription Orders placed without selecting the proper shipping method will not be sent until the order is corrected.

Returned Check Policy
Any purchases made with a check that is returned for insufficient funds or other reason will be subject to a "returned Check" fee before we will honor the purchase.

Privacy Policy
Natural Horse Magazine is committed to honoring the privacy of its members and visitors. Natural Horse Magazine does not sell, offer or trade subscriber information without the subscriber's written approval. Customer information is not stored on the website.

Upgrading an account after purchase.

You may upgrade your print or online account within 60 days of purchase without penality. Please contact our office for information on how to do this.
